Terms & Conditions
Alpha Clean has the following terms and conditions that apply to all customers of, and services provided by Alpha Clean. By scheduling Alpha Clean to perform services, customer is acknowledging they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
The Alpha Clean GUARANTEE:
Alpha Clean, LLC takes great pride in making sure every customer is satisfied with the service we provided. If you are not completely satisfied, we will return to your location at no charge to address you concerns. If then you are still not completely satisfied with our service, we will offer you a 100% refund.
PAYMENT:
Customer agrees to pay in full prior to, at the time of, or at completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance by Alpha Clean.
PRICING:
Price quotes and estimates provided verbally by phone, email or formal written quotation may not be reflect the final price of service. Final price will be determined once on site and what treatments will be needed and or agreed to.
Heavy soiling, red stain, pet/urine stains, as well as pet and other odor treatments are add on services with additional fees.
MINIMUM SERVICE FEE:
Alpha Clean has a minimum service fee of $150 plus tax. Discounts and promotions will not apply if the total for service / appointment is below this amount.
FURNITURE MOVING:
Alpha Clean does not move furniture and recommends the customers move what furniture they want out of the way prior to service. Alpha Clean will not move furniture as doing so may cause injury when moving or may lead to furniture and other areas becoming damaged.
Alpha Clean is not responsible for any damage that can occur to furniture including but not limited to couches, tables, chairs, antiques, decorations, appliances, etc. or their surrounding areas, that are not moved out of the way prior to service.
Damages:
Alpha Clean will not be held liable for the following that may occur during or after the time of service. To include but no limited to carpet, tile, grout, wood, and other flooring, baseboards, trim, walls, paint, doors, door ways, etc.
TILE and GROUT:
Alpha Clean is not responsible for tile and grout that becomes loose or damaged before, during or after service.
Tile and Grout stains may appear after cleaning / soil removal. Alpha Clean is not responsible for stains that appear after cleaning.
Stains:
Alpha Clean does not guarantee the full removal of any spots or stains including but not limited to, grease, food, cosmetics, beverages, dyes, rust, ink, waxes, finishes, urine, nicotine, pes, and residual cleaners.
Heavy soiling, red stain, pet/urine stains, as well as pet and other odor treatments are add on services with additional fees.
Spot and stain treatments are treatments and not guarantees of spot or stain removal.
HEAVY SOILING:
Carpet, Tile, and Upholstery that are heavily soiled may require additional fees above the standard cleaning amount was estimated. Condition of job will be decided once onsite.
REFUSAL / DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE:
Alpha Clean reservices the right to refuse and or discontinuation service to any customer, at any time, for any reason.
Odors:
Alpha Clean does not guarantee the removal of but not limited to pet, urine, smoke, etc. odors that may be treated at time of service. Odor treatments are treatments and not guarantees of odor removal.
Dry Time:
Estimated dry time is based on ideal temperature, air flow, humidity, etc. being present in areas where service was provided for as long as necessary to dry serviced area.
Limitation of LIability:
Alpha Clean's responsibility, if found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be capped at the amount paid by Customer to Alpha Clean for the services.
Jurisdiction:
All claims brought regarding the services by Alpha Clean shall be heard in Oneida County, WI state district court.
